Essential Functions Performed:
* Handles incoming customer call and walk-in for product sales and information
* Generates, process and files all paperwork from sales
* Contacts customers concerning follow-up needs, investigate problem accounts and assists in accounts receivable issues
* Locates and pulls parts for shipment to customers
* Enters customer order date into PC
* Trouble-shoots customer problems by phone relative to parts and order status
* Receive in inventory and place in stock location
* Technical translation of product documents and specifications of vendors and customers
Core Job Competencies Required:
* Good communication skills
* PC skills
* Blue Print reading
* Product and warranty knowledge
* Mechanical aptitude at basic level
* Problem solving skills (ability to identify problems, analyze for cause and develop solutions)
Education\Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree and/or 4 years minimum of sales experience
* 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in distribution and/or industrial service industry
* 1 to 2 years PC experience

Essential Functions Performed:
* Develop customer sales base within assigned are of responsibility
* Assists management in establishing territory sales goals and meet or exceed goals for sales, margin,
etc.
* Develops and implements a marketing plan for assigned territory
* Promotes all phases of the company, including products, parts, technical support and service
* Maintains rapport and effective communications with customers, vendors and company personnel
